Licensed Benefits Counselors are available over the phone to help you enroll in your 2027 benefits.
These licensed professionals will fully explain your options, answer your questions, and complete your enrollment. Follow the steps listed here to schedule your appointment.
Appointments are available in 30 minute time-slots. Please wait by the phone at your scheduled time. At the time of this appointment, your Benefits Counselor will contact you at the phone number you’ve provided. The incoming call will display from 847-554-0940 or Benefits Enrollment. Please save this number in your contacts so it’s recognizable when your Counselor calls for your scheduled appointment.
